Fall in love with their story & Get lost in their story 4. My primary objective is to know - What they want - Why they want it - Why they haven’t had it - What’s preventing them from reaching those goals - How long has it been since they’ve been there or have been trying to get there - How are they eating & drinking currently and how much are they spending daily/weekly 5. My story 6. Repeat back what I heard 7. Give them an ideal of when they can reach their goals, count out months 8. SHARE & Explain 4 components & tailor specifically to them.
