The art of movement was something way back (in the beginning) that came from the essentials to living. Food, shelter, clothing, water, trade, family.
Fast forward to now and what do you have? You have convenience. Convenience has stifled the art of movement. We aren't moving. And this progression of convenience occurring over the years has led to the rise of the fitness industry.
We had to figure a way to move more. Because our bodies began to suffer. Obesity, high blood pressure, heart problems. As a being, we have been slowly destroying our bodies.
