Which Money Personality Are You? (And Why It Matters)

This is the final in our powerful money mindset series. If you've missed any of the past 3 episodes, go back to listen as I've heard it's some of the most helpful work I've provided. Digging into how we think about money is empowering and freeing. How we think about money says a lot about how we think about ourselves. We often don't stop to investigate our thoughts about money because we view them as facts. This is often compounded by our surroundings as our thoughts and beliefs are usually echoed by those around us and are lessons we learned growing up. That's okay. Any day is a new day to look at something in a new way. To drop any judgment of yourself or others and choose to learn a bit more. Why? Because you'll feel better when you know which money personality you align most with. This podcast tells you that while also giving you tools to begin your healing. Let's dig in warriors! I promise to be gentle. How do you feel when you think about money? How do you want to feel when you think about money? The tools are here. Show notes for this episode can be found at www.SMBwell.com/99 Make sure you're signed up to get Susie's Warrior Wellness weekly newsletter for awesome people like you: http://bit.ly/2gYQMlA And, of course, of course, make sure you've subscribed to the awesome (and FREE) Love Your Life Show! https://www.SMBwell.com/subscribe

How To Worry Less About Money

If you're like most people, you worry or think about money every single day. Ick. That is not how I'd like us to be spending our mental brain power, warriors. Sitting and worrying about money accomplishes NOTHING. It gets us nowhere. It doesn't help us save more or spend less. What does it do? It keeps us in an uncomfortable feeling state (worry) for longer instead of taking action and doing something about the thing we're worrying about. Wayne Dyer famously says that worrying is like rocking in a rocking chair expecting to get somewhere. Today's podcast is designed to move you from worry to action. And action is what I want. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE OPEN-HEARTED GENEROUS PEOLE MAKING MONEY. Choose one (or all!) of these 4 tools so you move from worry to action. Dig in and then let me know on Instagram, which one you'll start with: https://www.instagram.com/smb.wellness/ And in the meantime, make sure you've subscribed to the show. How To Worry Less About Money

Time and Money with Ceri Payne

Today is the first in a series of podcasts about money. You still there? Phew. Because how we think about money drives how we feel about money. What Do You Say When You Talk About Time or Money? How do you feel when you think about time or money? The series starts with an interview speaking of our relationship with money and our relationship with time. I believed for many years that the way I thought about time and money were facts or circumstances of my life. I would say things like "I don't have enough time" or "I have to work hard to make money" as if they were facts instead of thoughts that I was choosing to think. The issue is, when we don't separate out the facts from what we're thinking about the facts of our life, we feel like victims or out of control in our own lives. Even more interestingly, we get to work proving those thoughts true. If I think I have too much to do, I feel overwhelmed. When I feel overwhelmed, I rarely sit and calmly do what needs to get done. Rather, I do the little things that don't really need to be done, spend a lot of time complaining and stressing, and ultimately, don't get done what needs to get done and prove my thought true. I do have too much to do. Sigh. Not a fun way to live but a way I lived for many, many years. If you hear yourself saying any of the following, this podcast series is for you: I don't have enough time. I have too much to do; I have to work hard to make money; I can't afford that; I don't want to look at my bills; If you find yourself doing any of the following, this podcast series is for you: Hiding purchases; Avoiding looking at bills; Feeling guilty when you buy something for yourself; Buying something for yourself that you can't afford; Ceri Payne is on the show today and I'm so excited for you to listen in to our conversation. She is a Life Coach School Certified Coach who works with women on their relationships with time and money. We dive into how the stories we tell ourselves about money and the way we speak of time influence our everyday life. Whether we are in the middle of an epidemic or a regular Wednesday in life, the tools we discuss will help you. Step one: Subscribe to the show so you don't miss an episode: https://www.smbwell.com/subscribe Step two: Listen in! Step Three: Listen in and then head over to instagram and let us know what you thought of the show. https://www.instagram.com/smb.wellness/ The more of us open hearted individuals making money, the more influence we can have on world issues that concern us. At a time when there's a lot going on in this world, I want more of that. More ability toinfluence and support. Show notes for this episode can be found at https://www.smbwell.com/96
